  • Sleep

Good sleep is associated with better physical health, better mental health, better athletic performance, quicker response time, less impulsivity, and overall better mood.
  • Flourishing

Flourishing is feeling good about a life in which you are functioning well. Sometimes called thriving, it is a state of emotional, psychological and social well-being that is more than the absence of disease or illness.
  • Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid is a training course that teaches you to spot risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns. The course provides strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and information on where to turn for help.
