Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if I need Reason help during the transition?

For break/fix help, email webservices@carleton.edu or call x5999 to create a helpdesk ticket.

For other requests, please use the Web Services request form or email webservices@carleton.edu.

More on getting help from Web Services during the transition:

  • Drop-in web help sessions will continue on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  • Mission critical work will continue to be done throughout the migration.
  • Non-mission critical requests will be reviewed by Technology Planning and Priorities Committee (TPPC) for prioritization and approval on a periodic (4-6 week) basis.
