“Minneapolis Protest Murals” opened in October for a two-month run in the Hamlin Creative Space at the Weitz Center for Creativity. The exhibit was co-presented by Arts@Carleton, the Humanities Center, and Memorialize the Movement, a living archive dedicated to collecting, preserving, and activating the plywood protest murals that were created during the Minneapolis Uprising of 2020, which was sparked by the murder of George Floyd.
