The Weitz Center for Creativity highlighted an array of unusual fashions on August 21 as Northfield’s Community Action Center hosted its annual fashion show, Runway Revival. A fundraiser put on by CAC and its partners (including Carleton’s Center for Community and Civic Engagement), the event featured 30 wearable artworks made from 90-percent recycled, upcycled, and reused materials—raising some $20,000 to continue CAC’s work in housing, recovery, and food insecurity in the process.
