Training Change Agents: The new Robert E. Will ’50 Endowed Internship Fund will pay for 8 to 10 students each year to complete internships in social entrepreneurship. Eric Carlson ’66 and Mimi Carlson ’66 established the fund to honor Bob Will, the Raymond Plank Professor of Incentive Economics, Emeritus, who taught at Carleton from 1957 to 1993.

We’ve Got Spirit! College website Her Campus ranked Carleton 10th in its 2013 list of schools most obsessed with school spirit—citing our retention rate, alumni giving, and Gender Neutral Cheerboys.

New Appointment: Steven Schier, the Dorothy H. and Edward C. Congdon Professor of Political Science, will teach from January to June 2014 in Sweden, where he’s been appointed the Swedish Institute for North American Studies Fulbright Chair at Uppsala University.
