
The Carleton athletic department unveiled in August a new graphic identity for its varsity teams. Created in partnership with Mongoose Graphics, the new marks balance the tradition of Carleton athletics with a more contemporary approach. In addition to modernizing the Knight, the logo gives the college’s 20 varsity teams more flexibility in adapting it to a variety of media.
“It’s important for recruiting and brand recognition that our logo represent the passion, energy, and commitment of our student-athletes,” says Eric Sieger, director of media relations. “We believe we
now have one of the most exciting visual identities in Division III athletics.”
