If you would ALSO like to be considered for a speaking/singing role, please sign up for a separate slot on November 10 or 11. *You can sign up to audition for both a speaking/singing role as well as the dance company.
DANCE AUDITION PREPARATION
- Come in clothing that allows for ease of movement
- The audition will consist of learning choreography for 1-2 songs directly from the production.
REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:
Winter Term:
Students cast as dancers will register for DANC 189: Music Theater Practicum (1 credit)
Students cast in principal roles will work with vocal coaches to learn the music and will be eligible to earn 1 credit.
Spring Term:
Rehearsals will begin Sunday evening March 29, 2026. We will rehearse 5 days a week: Monday through Thursday 6-10pm and Sunday 12-6pm.
PERFORMANCE DATES:
May 6, 2026 through May 10, 2026
There will be a total of six performances with two performances on Saturday, May 9th.
