Searching Document Content

You can search an open document for a particular word or sequence of text by clicking the Find toolbar button or invoking the Find command from the Edit menu.

To search a document for specific text:

  1. Click the Find toolbar button, or select Find... from the Edit menu.

    The Find dialog box appears.

  2. Enter the text to search for in the Text to Find field.
  3. Click the OK button or press Enter.

To search for the same text again, click the Find Again toolbar button or choose the Find Again command from the Edit menu.
