9 February 2017

Get ready for Climate Action Week 2017: Sustainability Solutions!

Every winter, the Sustainability Office, in collaboration with student organizations and campus offices, hosts Climate Action Week, a series of events to educate and involve the community in sustainability efforts.

This year’s Climate Action Week theme is “Sustainability Solutions,” which will focus on a variety of innovative solutions to reduce our impact. Throughout the two-weeks, campus groups will host a variety of events such as movie screenings, dinner discussions, and guest speakers.

In addition to attending daily events, you can also compete to reduce your environmental impact by registering for the No Impact Challenge which will take place from February 18-25. Form a team with your friends, floor, professors, etc.! Participants will collect their waste generated during the Challenge and compete to be the team with the lowest average amount of waste!
