Carleton’s Climate Action Week and Northfield’s Earth Day Celebration are happening from Monday, April 20th to Saturday, April 25th! Our work together, and with the community around us, matters more than ever.
These events celebrate our ongoing commitment to education, community collaboration, and systemic change. We take pride in our decarbonization leadership, and most importantly, we celebrate students learning and acting for sustainability through classes, research, internships and workstudies. Climate Action Week and Earth Day Events are just a moment to pause and celebrate on all the ways our community is coming together.
This year, we are especially thrilled to offer “Flash Talks” on Tuesday, April 21st that bring together faculty and students to share the learning experiences that motivate them most. Other events range from — raised beds at the farm to a campus energy tour.
