Citizen Science with the Sustainability Office: Measuring the Water Quality of the Cannon River

Sat, November 9, 2024 • 4:00pm - 5:00pm (1h) • Meet on the steps of Goodsell Observatory, from which we will walk to two sites in downtown Northfield where we will sample.

Join the Sustainability Office in testing the nitrogen, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and turbidity of the Cannon River above and below the dam to see how the dam removal will affect water quality. No experience necessary!
