We use emissions data, local data, and community input, to set priorities and establish programs. Below are data tools that inform emissions drawdown as well as information that supports living with and adapting to climate change impacts such as air quality, heat, and drought.

Emissions Dashboard

View our Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data for each year since 2008. The SIMAP platform also gives data for other colleges for easy download and comparison. You can also view and download subcategories including: paper purchasing, air travel, commuting, and more.

Electricity Dashboard

View the electricity usage for Carleton’s residence halls, academic buildings, and athletic facilities. This data is currently unavailable. Email sustainability@carleton.edu with questions.

Heat.gov provides a suite of spatial tools to inform heat related protection and health decisions.

This includes a CDC Heat & Health Tracker that allows for regional (multi-state) & county level looks at extreme heat.
