In his childhood, Ryan secretly hoped to one day be like those old ladies in the grocery store, so to combine his dream with a love of frisbee, he enrolled in Carleton and then decided to tear his ACL, forcing the school to provide him with a drivable scooter. It doesn’t go that fast, but neither do the ones that the old women have in the grocery store. It even has a basket on the front, just like theirs!
