A key recommendation emerging from the Winter 2016 community conversations and the Low-Income and First-Generation Working Group was to create a laptop loaner program for those students who may not have the resources to afford one. The Dean of Students Office, in collaboration with Information Technology Services, created a program where low income students can request a loaner laptop through the emergency funding process.
