In October, the Supreme Court heard arguments regarding the use of race as a determining factor in college admissions, raising questions about the future of long-standing affirmative action policies in higher education. Join OIL and the Division of Student Life for a conversation with Dean of Admissions Art Rodriguez and Professors Becca Brukmann and Steve Poskanzer about the history of affirmative action, the current Supreme Court cases, and the potential implications for admissions at Carleton.
