TRIO's Stress Management & Test Anxiety Workshop with OHP
Experiencing stress is a part of life. How you manage your stress is just as important as how much stress you experience. As midterms and finals approach, it is important to recognize how stress affects performance, identify personal stress triggers, and practice simple techniques—such as relaxation, mindset shifts, and preparation strategies—to feel more confident and focused during exams. This interactive workshop, presented by the Office of Health Promotion Student Wellness Advocates (SWAs) is designed to help participants approach tests with greater calm and resilience. Dinner will be provided for the first 50 students.
