"Interested in learning how to take the best nap? Sign up for our Nap 101 event! During this session, you'll get tips on napping more effectively, enjoy tea and biscuits, and have time to put your skills into practice (yes, you will get to nap!). We will guide you through creating a comfortable sleep space and introduce a few simple techniques. Blankets and yoga mats will be provided."
