Come to the information session to learn about the opportunities and process to get your foot in the door.

• Directorate of Operations: Positions focused on intelligence collection and foreign field operations.
• STEM & Cyber: Opportunities in AI, data science, engineering, and cybersecurity to analyze complex data and develop technologies.
• Language & Analysis: Roles for foreign language proficiency and international affairs analysis to support policymakers.
• Student-to-Career Pipeline: Graduates who participated in CIA internships (e.g., Undergraduate Internship/Co-op) often transition into full-time roles.
• Graduate Scholarships: Programs such as the Graduate Scholarship Program provide funding ($25,000+) and mandatory employment for Master’s/PhD candidates.

Internship opportunities:
For students in engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, physical sciences, foreign languages, area studies, business administration, accounting, international relations, finance, logistics, human resources, geography, national security studies, military and foreign affairs, political science, or graphic design.

• First Year College Student: You are eligible to apply for the Undergraduate Scholarship Program, and the Undergraduate Internship or Co-op Program, but you will need to apply after you have completed your first semester with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College Sophomore: You are eligible to apply for an Undergraduate Internship or Co-op Program.
• College Junior: You may ONLY apply for the Undergraduate Internship or Co-op Program if you are participating in a five-year undergraduate program. You can also apply to the Graduate Scholarship Program or the Graduate Studies Program if you are going into graduate school immediately after completing your undergraduate degree. Your final acceptance into either of the graduate programs will depend on your acceptance into graduate school. If you do not satisfy these requirements, you are also eligible to apply for a full-time staff position. Browse jobs by category to learn more and find a role that fits your skills and experience.
• College Senior: You are ONLY eligible to apply for the Graduate Scholarship Program or the Graduate Studies Program if you are committed to attending graduate school immediately after completing your undergraduate degree. Your final acceptance into either of the graduate programs will depend on your acceptance into graduate school.  You are also eligible for a full-time staff position.
