Mindfulness 101

Mindfulness 101 is on Thursdays for 4 weeks @ 1:45pm-3:00pm starting April 17. Mindfulness 201 is for 4 weeks on Wednesdays @ 3:15pm-4:30pm starting May 14th. A Silent Meditation Mini-Retreat is on Midterm Monday (May 5th) from 1pm-5pm. Register using the QR code.

Want to learn simple ways to manage stress, sleep better, be more present, and/or be less self-critical?  Consider learning Mindfulness this Spring Term!  Mindfulness 101 is a 4-session small-group workshop involving discussion and facilitated meditation.  Thursdays during Weeks 3,4,5,6 @ 1:45-3:00pm.   No experience necessary - Mindfulness 101 is open to all students, faculty, and staff.    Register to attend on OHP's Mindfulness Page.
