Hickory House opened in Fall of 2024. Hickory offers individual and group draw-style units. The building contains a side A and side B which are then split into an upper and lower unit. Lower units are designated for group draw whereas upper units are designated for students who can draw into a single or double room within the larger unit. Among the Lilac Community, Hickory sits on the North edge.
