Review the information below to learn about the various housing types and specific housing designations.

Changes being implemented beginning in the 2023-2024 Academic Year

All rooms available for upperclass students to choose as part of the draw have no gender designation with the exceptions of Nourse 4th (all female identified) and Nourse Ground (all male identified).

What is available for draw?

  • Suites / Apartments: Suites or Apartment groups are all-gender by each draw area. Residents must decide who will be living in each individual room within the entire suite or apartment.
  • Campus Houses: Campus Houses are all-gender (with the exception of Geffert, which is female-identified only) and open to all but first year students. Minimum meal plan options are listed under the Floor Plans for each facility.
  • Residence Halls: Residence Halls contain a variety of room sizes and designations and are open to all classes unless otherwise noted on the Floor Plans for each facility. Minimum dining plan options and contract areas are also noted.
  • Interest Houses: See the Interest Houses page to see the list of Interest Houses and complete an application if you are interested in living in these environments. The spaces available in these houses are assigned prior to Room Draw.
