Lilac Hill Buildings will open this Fall and will be available for students to select as part of Room Draw.  Please read below for more information on how these spaces will be drawn.

General Information

Lilac Hill Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are identical in layout. Each of these buildings has a side A and side B. Side A has 2 apartments as does side B making a total of 4 units in Lilac Hill Buildings 1, 2, and 3. All 4 apartments have a separate exterior entrance (see exterior photo). Lilac Hill Building 4 is equivalent to “half” of the structure of the other buildings and will have 2 apartments. (view Image A.1; Aerial View)

Draw Specifications

Apartments A Lower and B Lower will each be drawn as 1 group of 5 students.  This means a group of 5 must be coordinated as part of the room draw process in order for the entire apartment to be filled. Students will draw these apartments similarly to how Townhouses are currently drawn, as 1 group using 1 lottery number.

Apartments A2 and B2 will hold 8 students total and will be drawn by individual room.  This process most closely resembles the current draw structure seen within campus houses such as Geffert, Prentice, Allen, and Wilson. This structure allows for individuals and pairs to experience apartment-style living without the added layer of having to secure a large draw group.
