Students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need support! Visit timelycare.com/carleton to get started (using your Carleton username and password).

Note: Carleton students continue to have access to the existing 24/7/365 telephone counseling line (1-855-705-2479) which is available to students no matter where they are located.

No, SHAC will continue to offer on-campus medical, counseling, and case management appointments Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, including walk-in counseling visits from 12pm-2pm, and psychiatry appointments Mondays and Tuesdays. TimelyCare is intended to enhance existing SHAC services by offering options for access to care when and how it works best for each student. We encourage students to continue to check mySHAC or call 507-222-4080 for appointments with SHAC.
