This video series is open to students and staff and is comprised of five 8-12 minute videos. The videos feature a former SHAC counselor, Nate Page, PhD.

This video series helps you understand your flavor of perfectionism, learn the underlying elements that create a perfectionistic mindset, and identify ways to get “unstuck” and enter into a mindset that increases self-acceptance and emotional wellbeing, enhances relationships, and actually creates positive energy toward growth (as opposed to the perfectionistic energy aimed at avoiding mistakes). Our hope is that participants find this video series engaging, relieving, and motivational. We have received feedback (from past participants that have attended this perfectionism presentation) that it was a good “turning point” for them in recognizing their perfectionism and knowing how to make changes.
