Carleton’s Student Financial Services Office is Still Available!
Carleton continues to follow the Minnesota Department of Health guideline’s asking employees in the state to limit their time in the workplace to reduce the possible transmission of the COVID-19 virus. On the days when a Student Financial Services Office staff member is not physically in the office, they are working remotely and are still able to help Carleton students and their families.
The best way to contact Student Financial Services is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. But you may also call the office at 507-222-4138 or text 507-649-9000. Texts will be responded to during normal business hours. Please contact the office with any questions or concerns. However, understand during this time it may take a little longer than normal for us to respond.
Our goal is to still be available to help families during this critical time.
