    If you’ve been assigned a job make sure to read the following!

    8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.  STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK, Severance Hall, Great Hall
    Stop by if you have been assigned a student employment position. This is a time to meet with Human Resources to complete the I-9 form. This is a two-step process. You will complete Step 1 in Workday prior to your arrival on campus. To complete Step 2, you need to present the appropriate forms of identification. Identification presented must be ORIGINAL; photos, copies, scans and videoconferencing can not be accepted. A list of acceptable forms of identification can be found on page 3 of the I-9. Documents may include one item from List A or a combination of one document from List B and one document from List C.

    We’ve had several questions from those of you assigned multiple jobs. If you were assigned to the Arb. Crew or Northfield College Tutors we split your hours with Dining Services, 4 & 4.   Due to the limited hours available in Tutoring, and the seasonal nature of the Arb. Crew we always assign hours in Dining Services so that you have the opportunity to earn your full work award.  Since Arb Crew doesn’t work winter term all hours would be worked in Dining. Let us know if you still have questions at studentemployment@carleton.edu.
