The Alumni Annual Fund, Parents Fund, and Alumni Relations Offices are hosting Maize and Blue Daize during Weeks 1 & 2 of Spring term. This is a week-long event to raise awareness about the ways in which Carleton alumni, parents, & friends of the college enrich our student experiences. It’s also a time to highlight the many ways to stay connected to campus after graduation.

- Exhibits in Anderson Hall and The Weitz Center featuring postcards from FY23 donors answering the prompt “I Give Because…”
Thursday, March 30
- Maize & Blue Mobile
- Hop on the trivia golf cart at one of the 5 stops around campus, correctly answer trivia questions to win tickets and keep the cart moving.
- Tickets may be redeemed in Anderson Hall, Daugherty Atrium.
- 10am – 2pm, Stops Around Campus
- Maize & Blue Daize HQ
- Join us at HQ to redeem tickets you’ve earned at any Maize & Blue event throughout the week.
- For every 10 post cards you write to thank our Carleton donors, you’ll earn 5 tickets toward swag of your choice.

Friday, March 31
- Coffee with Carls
- A Carleton alumni tradition, join the Student Ambassadors outside of Sayles for coffee, tea, & pastries to celebrate Maize & Blue while learning about all the ways to connect with alumni in the near future!
- 9 – 10:45am, Sayles Great Space
- Send a virtual Friday Flower
- Near or far, celebrate Maize & Blue Daize by sending a Virtual Friday Flower to a Carl you care about.
- Please submit requests by 12 noon (Bald Spot Time!) on Friday, March 31.
- Maize & Blue Daize Carnival in Great Hall
- Enter the Great Hall as if you’ve never seen it before. Play games to win prizes, enjoy the carnival food, & learn about the MANY ways to continue the Carleton adventure well after graduation.

- Worldwide Coffee with Carls
- Off campus for spring term? Want to make a quick trek to the Twin Cities? Join alumni at local coffee shops across the world to connect and be in community.
- Post a picture of your #MaizeAndBlueCrew with the hashtag and tag @carletoncollege for a chance to win limited-edition apparel. A prize goes to the biggest crew caught on camera!
