Hive is based on the true story of Fahrije, who was one of the many women who lost their husbands during the Kosovo War in 1998. After the war, she launches an agricultural business making Ajvar, a traditional roasted red pepper spread. Learn about the Kosovo War and the role of the United Nations in this region.
