The Student Activities Office supports the interests of students outside of the classroom. One way this is accomplished is through student organizations. Carleton has over 200 student-led organizations! These organizations center around shared interest in culture, sports, the arts, activism, religious beliefs, the outdoors, and everything in between.
Students are encouraged to try new things, make new friends, and take their passions to the next level. Students not currently enrolled and/or “on leave” are not permitted to participate in CSA chartered students organizations, or student groups recognized or otherwise supported by the College. For those who want to charter a new organization, SAO can help with navigating the process.
