It’s difficult to find the perfect words to express just what a wonderful experience it has been to work under your leadership these past 16+ years. Your calm demeanor, thoughtful approach to decision-making and the level of professionalism in everything you do has been second to none. Carleton is a better place now than it was in 2006 because of these qualities.
