This year’s staff retreat was focused on the launch of Workday, Carleton’s newest software platform which is part of the Seamless Administrative Services (SEAMS) project. Attendees learned about Workday’s navigation and terminology and attended training sessions that were specific to the aspects they will use in Workday. There were fun sessions that included yoga, meditation, and crafts & puzzles to let attendees’ brains decompress, and a macaroni and cheese bar was offered for lunch.
