The vision of the Staff Collective for Change is to empower Carleton staff to engage in the ongoing work of creating an antiracist community at Carleton. SCC hosts two dialogue sessions per term in which staff are able to participate in discussion sparked by selected media that centers issues of racism, inclusion, and equity.
