Carleton staff members serve on a variety of College Committees, alongside faculty and students, as representation from every aspect of campus is vital for committee functionality. Serving on a College Committee is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise, collaborate with colleagues, and develop professionally!

The CSC also has one subcommittee: Joy Squad! This volunteer committee (which any staff member can join!) puts together events and plans social gatherings in order to create connections among the Carleton staff community. Coordinators are chosen to lead the group each year, or each term if needed, by its members.
Again, anyone can participate! You do not need to be a CSC representative to join Joy Squad. Contact a CSC representative to get started if you’re interested in joining.
