Benefits Committee, 3-year term

This includes recommendations for the creation of new or replacement benefits and/or the elimination of existing benefits. In addition, the committee will recommend employer/employee contribution rates for existing programs.
Budget Committee, 2-year term
Due to the specific timeline of the annual budget planning cycle, the Budget Committee term begins on the first day of spring term and concludes at the end of the second winter term. The Budget Committee advises the treasurer in the construction of the annual budget and development of a longer-term financial plan.
Campus Design Advisory Committee (CDAC), 2-year term
The CDAC serves as a standing subcommittee of College Council. Through College Council, the committee advises the president and senior staff on principles and long-range perspectives regarding broad campus design and physical plant issues.
College Council, 2-year term
The College Council develops policies in areas having to do with matters other than educational policy or curriculum. As the need arises for policy formulation (e.g. a new policy on sexual harassment in the workplace), the Council will establish subcommittees consisting of members of the Council and appropriate other members of the community to meet, consult, and produce policy recommendations. Where appropriate, the Council will make recommendations to the Board of Trustees for action.
Community, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (CEDI) Leadership Board, 2-year term
The mission of CEDI is to improve the campus community and promote equity and diversity on campus. CEDI works with students, faculty, and staff from several offices each year to assess campus climate and priorities.
Carleton Responsible Investment Committee (CRIC)
CRIC advises the Board of Trustees Investment Committee via the vice president and treasurer regarding ethical, social, and environmental issues that arise in the management of the College’s endowment.
Security Services Advisory Group (SSAG), 2-year term
The SSAG provides insight into Security Services’ practices and presence on campus. The group serves a role in Security Services’ strategy to “Connect – Engage – Develop.”
