Workday… Help!

Did you know that you can ask a question about Workday from within Workday?

 

You can create a Workday Case to ask our campus experts about processes and functionality in Workday.  Here are the basic steps you’ll experience when creating a new Case:

  1. You will fill out the Create Case task in Workday (instructions can be found here)
  2. You will receive notifications about status updates and responses to your questions
  3. When complete, your Case will be closed.

 

Since implementing Cases we have received many great questions.  Here’s the breakdown, by category, of those questions:
