Did you know that you can ask a question about Workday from within Workday?
You can create a Workday Case to ask our campus experts about processes and functionality in Workday. Here are the basic steps you’ll experience when creating a new Case:
- You will fill out the Create Case task in Workday (instructions can be found here)
- You will receive notifications about status updates and responses to your questions
- When complete, your Case will be closed.
