Speaking of needs, if you encounter an issue and need support, we wanted to remind you of a few important resources you can use to get quick resolution:
- We are currently offering a Zoom Drop-In hotline on weekdays to help direct you to colleagues on campus who can best address your questions – http://go.carleton.edu/WorkdayHotline
- The ‘Training’ tab on the SEAMS web site is our primary repository of guides and video tutorials that will help you navigate Workday functionality.
- The ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ tab on the SEAMS site has a series of questions and responses alphabetically organized by business functions and campus roles.
- The ‘Help’ tab on the SEAMS site includes a table of business functions and the associated contact information of the office that can help guide you through any challenges that may arise.
- We welcome and will promptly respond to questions and comments submitted through the Feedback Form found on the SEAMS site.
