We appreciate that it takes significant time and effort for community members to learn how to do their usual activities in a new software application. We encourage you to refer to the Training materials to get oriented to the new curriculum-related features of Workday. If you need help while you are doing things in Workday or if you think that something isn’t working correctly, you have several options:
- See the Workday Help features
- Submit your question using the Create Case feature in Workday to get your question routed to the appropriate people
- Reach out to the individual or office who is responsible for the function you have a question about

Student Employment (non-payroll) | - If a position is showing on Workday that you are NOT working, please send an email to Student Employment.
- All New Hire Paperwork is started in Workday. You will present original documentation to Human Resources (Strong House) once you have completed the e-documents. Questions regarding this step can be sent to Human Resources.
- Work Transfers are still completed on the Student Employement website. This will eventually move to Workday, stay tuned! Your current supervisor may have expectations and guidance for transferring from their department. Check in with your student supervisor!
- Reminder that your student employment award is listed in your financial aid award on The Hub. You can NOT exceed this dollar amount.
- Your student supervisor(s) is your first point of contact for your student employment questions regarding work schedule, hiring/onboarding, training, time entry, etc.
