Auxiliary Services now administers an exciting new tool that can assist with signing up folks for your events, be they Virtual or In Person: SignUp Genius!
Carleton College now has an Enterprise level license for the SignUp Genius program. What does this mean? It means the following:
- Choose from hundreds of professionally designed sign up themes or create a custom design.
- We have a “no-ads licenses” to your sign ups for a clean look. No irritating ads for household goods or click-bait!
- Collect extra information with comment fields or custom questions.
- Link multiple sign ups together with the Tabbing feature.
- Duplicate past sign ups or transfer information to save time.
- Send automatic email or text reminders so participants never forget a commitment!
- Sign up any time from any device .
- Add items to your digital schedule with calendar syncing.
- Run powerful reports for easy tracking and exporting of sign up data to Excel.
- Add attachments to sign ups and messages for waivers or other forms.
