To host a successful meeting or event, set-up requirements must be requested seven days in advance. The new process is now available online to request an event set-up. If you need the room rearranged, or additional tables, chairs, or staging, etc., please make your request when you reserve your space online. See the following important information:

  • A seven (7) day notice is required for all set-ups
  • If your meeting or event does NOT require a set-up, but you need assistance from Maintenance (ex: banners hung, electrical hook-ups, turtle, etc.), please submit the request online through the reservation system.
  • Account numbers are REQUIRED for a set-up. (No cash, checks or credit cards accepted.)
  • Please fill out the Facilities set-up request form.
