25Live will help you schedule the perfect venue for your Carleton meeting and/or event.
What is 25Live and what does it do?
Carleton uses a comprehensive scheduling system, 25Live by CollegeNET. 25Live is a room and space management software that offers scheduling and optimized space utilization solutions. The tool allows you to view details and availability of classrooms, meeting rooms, seminar rooms, and other reservable campus spaces. This includes fleet vehicles. All space reservations for meetings and events held on campus are made through 25Live. On this site you will find links to access, information about scheduling events through the system, training resources, and various other related information.
25Live allows campus users to:
- Search for events and classes based on the date/time, location name, or event name
- Promotes efficient, effective scheduling
- Create and manage events, from simple one-time meetings to the most complex, multi-instance classes and conference events
- Provides web-based event scheduling
- Helps determine whether classroom equipment and special services support requirements
How to access 25Live?
25Live is available to the entire Carleton community (faculty, students, and staff). The Carleton community can request space by logging in with their Carleton credentials on 25Live homepage.
