Bi-weekly Staff are welcome to join an HR representative for an informal Professional Development Workshop!
This workshop will focus on ways non-exempt staff can effectively create a Professional Development Plan as part of the annual review process, and tips for having a constructive conversation with one's supervisor about career-path planning and long-term goals. Staff are welcome to ask the HR representative questions about best practices, and get feedback on their personal plans.
