Poster pick-up will be open for all presenters beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 13, in the Weitz Center for Creativity. Students who are presenting during the first session (4:30 – 5:15 p.m.) must pick up their poster by 4:15 p.m. Students who are presenting during the second session (5:45 – 6:30 p.m.) must pick up their poster by 5:30 p.m.
Posters will be rolled up individually and labeled with the submitter’s last name on the outside of the roll. The rolled-up posters will be sorted into boxes according to the submitter’s last name.
When picking up their poster, each student should also get their name tag at the check-in table. Name tags will be available for both registered students and any co-presenters. Each name tag will include the student’s name, class year, time slot and easel number. Presenters will be responsible for finding their easel and setting up their poster; each easel will include tacks and a foam core board.
There will be a transition period in between the two sessions from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. Students who are presenting during the first session will need to take down their poster at 5:15 p.m. so students presenting in the second session will have time to set up their poster. Students are welcome to keep their posters after their session.
