Here is the link to the symposium: symposium.foragerone.com/curis. You will need to sign up for the symposium. After you have signed up it will ask you to sign in using the password that you just created. This should bring you to our welcome page. At the top of the page click on the “Presentations” tab at the top of the page and search for your student’s poster by name. We hope that you enjoy the symposium!

The symposium won’t be live until Friday, October 16th. The presenters will be assigned a time slot from either 4:00-5:00pm or 5:00-6:00pm, when they are expected to respond to comments. The presenters’ time slots will be published in an abstract booklet that will be available for viewing prior to the event. The symposium will be open for asynchronous viewing through October 26th.

The event will be public, so that even those without a Carleton email domain can view the posters and videos.

If a guest wants to leave a comment for the presenters at any time during the symposium, they will need to register with ForagerOne. Guests without a Carleton email address must RSVP for the event and provide their email address in advance of the symposium, so that they can be set up to participate. This will enable their email address to be automatically recognized when they register with ForagerOne.

Anyone can view the content of the symposium by clicking on the event link at the top of this page, but guests who have created an account with ForagerOne will be able to leave comments for the presenters.

This RSVP form is for guests who would like to attend the symposium who do not have a Carleton email address. If you have a Carleton email address you will be able to automatically join the symposium, and no RSVP is required.

This year’s symposium will be provided by ForagerOne and we will need to input your email address into their system in order to give you access to the event. Access information is located on the Event Link and Details tab below.
