Registration Deadline
Registration for the symposium is now open and the registration form is at this link. The deadline to register is 5:00 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Poster Submission and Printing
Each presenting student is required to submit a PDF of their poster at the time of registration. Posters will be printed on their behalf and will be available for pickup at the Symposium. For group presentations, posters will be organized under the first name listed on the submission for pickup.

Symposium Day Logistics
The 2026 Symposium will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, in the Rec Center from 4:30 to 5:30.
