Kristin Bloomer has been awarded a Broom Public Scholarship of $1,000 to support research in
Sri Lanka conducted in concert with two young Tamil scholars from South India and several
writers, religious, and lay Sri Lankan Tamils who serve as teachers, guides, and informants.
