Gaining Workday Access
Carleton College allows students access to their Workday account for 16 months after graduation. This access will allow you to view documents such as W-2 forms, pay slips, 1098-T forms, and to update your contact information.
Prior to graduation, you must update your Workday account with your personal email address and updated contact information. Please see our help article on updating information in Workday.
Following your graduation, Workday will send two separate messages to your personal email address. The first will contain your username, and the second will contain a one-time password. Upon logging in you will be required to create a new password.
If you need assistance with accessing Workday following graduation, please contact the IT Helpdesk and ask for assistance with local Workday login.
Resources for Alumni Not Eligible for Workday Access
If it has been more than 16 months since you’ve graduated from Carleton, please update the Office of Alumni Relations with your contact information by sending an email to addresses@carleton.edu.
