Gmail/Calendar Transition:

Everyone will receive four email messages containing details about the process, preparation, training, and last minute details. See links to these communications below.

Gmail1 Intro & Transition Details
- Will be sent 6-8 weeks ahead of your migration date

Gmail2 Preparing for Migration
- Will reach you at 4 weeks out

Gmail3 Training Info
- Will be sent 2 weeks prior to your email/calendar transition

Gmail4 Final Details
- Will be sent to you the day before your migration

File Storage Transition:

Some communications will be sent to the entire Carleton community, but most will be between an ITS team member and the File Management Steward or the File Management Steward and their department. The File Management Steward role will continue beyond this project.
