Although the Recreation Center is still closed, we will continue to provide the Carleton Community with daily wellness and fitness opportunities. Some options include:

  • Live, scheduled fitness classes via Zoom (see below for a tentative schedule)
    • The link to these classes will be updated a day in advance and posted underneath the respective class below. Click this link to access the live-streamed class.
    • Please be patient with us as we work through this new platform!
  • Pre-recorded workouts that you can access and repeat anytime
  • A workout plan with daily exercises
  • One-on-one virtual personal training workout session with a Fitness Trainer (fee required)
