LTC Lunch - Developing Assignments with Librarians

Tue, May 3, 2022 • 11:45am - 1:00pm (1h 15m) • Weitz 236 and Zoom

This session will focus on teams of faculty and library liaisons who have developed course assignments to give students scaffolded opportunities to hone their research and/or data management skills. While we are envisioning our session for all audiences, we especially hope to engage A&I instructors (regular and new) and faculty who may not have explored collaborating on assignment design with their Library liaison(s). Overall our goal is to foster more faculty dialogue and class-specific engagement with the Library.

Stacy Beckwith - Professor of Hebrew and Judaic Studies, and Claudia Peterson - Head of Reference and Instruction, Library Liaison
Amy Csizmar Dalal, Professor of Computer Science, and Kristin Partlo - Reference and Instruction Librarian for Social Sciences and Data
David Lefkowitz, Professor of Art, and Matt Bailey, Media Librarian and Reference and Instruction Librarian for Arts
