Senior Lecturer in French and Francophone Studies Stephanie Cox shared her collaborations with the artist 2Fik. She emphasized the importance of these collaborations for students, which give students opportunities to learn in different ways. In addition, Fall Term 2019 artist-in-residence and Professor Cox’s collaborator 2Fik shared his own experiences their collaboration. He discussed the ways his events helped bridge the Carleton and Northfield communities, bringing students into town and community members onto campus. Both Professor Cox and 2Fik both highlighted increased student engagement in class and new ways to explore important topics as positive outcomes of their collaboration.
